SUMMARY
A moon orbits a perfect blue marble capped with an ice cap, orbiting a class Y dwarf.A moon orbits a perfect blue marble capped with an ice cap, orbiting a class Y dwarf.
DESCRIPTION

A terraforming candidate water world (2 b) orbits a wide ringed class Y dwarf. The atmosphere is so clear it appears as a marble with pure white ice caps.

Water World

Orbiting closely, every 6.2 hours, is a contrasting nested moon, (2 b a). This moon is covered by one big mesa providing three contrasting landscapes: dark volcanic rock, sulphur, and ice. The mesa provides interesting canyons. The moon is also volcanic in nature.

Coverd by mesa

In the correct location, the blue marble of the parent dominates the sky. After weeks in the blackness of space, the view provides a very colourful rest for the eyes.

Mithras was the Roman god of marble!
