SUMMARY | ||
An ultra hot gas giant that orbits its primary star at a distance of 3 ls. | → | An ultra hot gas giant that orbits its primary star at a distance of 3 ls. |
DESCRIPTION | ||
→ | ||
Body A 1 is a Class V Gas Giant that orbits its star at a distance of 3 ls, has an orbital period of 0.2 days, and a surface temperature of 2,597 K. This makes this planet a so-called ultra hot Jupiter, which has a remarkably bright glow, with a visible (if slow) orbital speed. The system also houses a few stars, including a ringed Brown Dwarf, and some planets and their moons. None of these are of any particular interest, however. The gas giant was first discovered by CMDR SANDUSKERS, then rediscovered by StrayWolf78 during the Grand Legacy Expedition. It is located 62 ly from the Great Annihilator, which is also the current capital of the Azura Initiative player community. | → | Body A 1 is a Class V Gas Giant that orbits its star at a distance of 3 ls, has an orbital period of 0.2 days, and a surface temperature of 2,597 K.
