DESCRIPTION | ||
→ | ||
The 4 a moon of this system, dubbed the "Moonraker", is a landable icy moon that orbits within 200 km of the edge of the rings of its parent gas giant. This is close enough that individual asteroids can been seen from the ground while passing overhead. This location was discovered while doing an initial reconnaissance of the region surrounding the DSSA 133 / [IGAU] Cygni-Vanguard in Oct 3306. More images can be found in a catalog | → | The 4 a moon of this system, dubbed the "Moonraker", is a landable icy moon that orbits within 200 km of the edge of the rings of its parent gas giant.
