SUMMARY
System with a strong elliptically orbiting water world, two stellar phenomena and near star landable planet
DESCRIPTION

Icarus' Rest is located around 1450LY below the galactic plane and offers three points of interest. It has a neutron star with a strong elliptically orbiting terraformable water world (A 3). In addition, there are two stellar phenomena. The main attraction is a red dwarf with a single planet (B 1) orbiting with only 1.98 LS. The surface temperature is about 1650K. You should not approach the planet without heatsinks and should not stay outside for a long time.
