SUMMARY
Two similarly-sized class I gas giants, one orbiting the other with a wide ring.
DESCRIPTION

There are 6742 known class I giants orbiting another class I gas giant. This one entertains a parent ring (7 c-ring) 39.54Ls wide. Rings this wide are not out of place in this area around class Y dwarfs. Very often such wide rings are so light they cannot be detected with the human eye. This one is visible on arrival over 5kLs away.

Wide view

Unusually, all the moons, other than the gas giant are landable. 3 nested moons carry a thin methane atmosphere and volcanism.

System Map

The shepherd moons are volcanically active. It is possible to view to view the very thin outer ring from them if you squint very hard.

Outer ring visibility

He's a geyser

Interestingly, though the class I gas giant moon is 22 times smaller than it's parent in terms of mass - at 11 earth masses compared to 247 - they are not much different in size, being 34 and 38 thousand km in radius respectively.

Leda is a figure from Greek mythology who had two sets of mismatched twins that appeared to be human but were mismatched. Her twin daughters were Helen (immortal daughter of Zeus) and Clytemnestra (who was mortal).
