Body 1 a in Graea Hypue AL-X d1-48 is an icy world that orbits a ringed class III gas giant. It has a semi major axis of just 1.1 ls, so when viewed from the moon's surface, the parent planet looms large in the sky. It has an angular diameter of over 25° - and that's not counting the rings, which can take up a much higher proportion of the sky.
The moon has a thin oxygen atmosphere, which produces some vibrant pink and purple skylines. Its orbit is also highly inclined, at over 60°, making the gas giant's rings a big feature of the sky. The moon completes an orbit in 18h 49m and comes within a few thousand kilometers of the host rings. It is also host to both Bacterium and Brain Tree biologicals, as well as having significant water geyser volcanism.
