Description: The point of interest in this system is the 1 a moon, which orbits close to the ring system of its parent, a class Y brown dwarf star. Close enough that the the ring system of its parent can be seen drifting across the sky.
It's not just the proximity to the rings that allows their movement to be visible from the moon though. Their speed is quite fast, and the difference in orbital speeds between the rings and the moon has to be high enough for this to be seen by an observer on the moon's surface. | |
