DESCRIPTION | ||
→ | ||
→ | The Phoi Phyloea AA-A h167 nebula is situated 2,500 ly above the galactic plane, and this makes it the highest one in the galaxy. (Excluding some planetary nebulae.) It's close enough to the galactic core that it can still be reached without too much difficulty. Unfortunately, there are few star systems to be found around the nebula, and none inside. Also, as it is a dark nebula, it's barely visible unless Commanders view it in front of the Milky Way. | |
