DESCRIPTION | ||
→ | ||
This Class I gas giant has two icy rings (one wide), two shepherd moons, and an icy ringed landable moon. Orbiting 6.4ls away from the gas giant is the landable moon, body 1 C. This icy body has a neon-rich atmosphere, allowing for a beautiful view of the gas giant from the surface. Their close proximity to each other, combined with the size of the gas giant's ring, creates the illusion that the rings are intersecting. And from the planet's surface this view takes up a full 1/3 of the sky. Galactic photographers will need to zoom out to get everything in one shot. Discovered during the Lost Souls 3 Expedition.
