The main star of the system is a white dwarf of type DC. Together with a red dwarf of class M, it forms a binary pair. The third in the bunch is another red dwarf.

Only 4 light seconds away, a small high metal content world orbits the white dwarf.

Pale brown dot

On its eccentric orbit with high inclination (103,95°), it crosses its the deadly tail twice.

Orbit of planet A1

At a rotational period of 0.4d you only have a time window of less than 4 hours for walking around until you get roasted at 973K.
So you may have to be patient for a landing, as long planet A1 is in the dead zone.

But the spectacular view of the white dwarf's tail rewards you for your patience.
