SUMMARY
One of the inhabited systems along the Sol - Colonia route, housing an Ocellus station with a shipyard. One of the inhabited systems along the Sol - Colonia route, housing an Ocellus station with a shipyard.
DESCRIPTION

This system was settled in 3303, to act as a waystation for settlers and freight headed to Colonia. The location was likely chosen for the Earth-like world (BC 2) here, which had an outpost built in orbit, called Marlin's Reach.

This planet is a rather pleasant place, although its days are short: they are only 9.6 hours long. However, as the planet and the outpost are somewhat distant from the arrival point, at around 17,000 ls distance, most of the infrastructure in the system was built around the main star instead. The busiest place is the Ocellus starport called Caravanserai. Unlike its "sister station" in Kashyapa, Vihara Gate, this one has a shipyard available.
There are multiple surface settlements on the planet below, and on the second closest planet (A 2) as well.

Lastly, the CB-42 Colonia's Endeavour megaship can be found in orbit of A 3, which is an otherwise unremarkable planet.

A tourist beacon near Marlin's Reach transmits the following message:

Tourist Spot 0510
Commander Edgar Starwalker suggested visiting this Earth-like world discovered during the Chapterhouse's August 3302 Repair mission to Jaques. The group hopes that this world and system could one day play host to a stepping stone towards Colonia, as well as a staging ground for wider Imperial exploration efforts of this region of the Scutum-Crux Arm. Gandharvi is another of the children of Kamadhenu in Hindu mythology.

Note that no Imperial factions are present here, nor anywhere else along the Colonia route.
