DESCRIPTION

The DSSA fleet carrier, Miskatonic University, is stationed near the rings of a beautiful Earth-like World that orbits binary class III gas giants.

The system was first discovered during the Minerva Centaurus Expedition.

In addition to the aforementioned worlds, the system hosts a ringed Class III gas giant with many moons.

Three of the moons have surface geological activity, in the form of Major Silicate Vapour Geysers, which can be a good source of materials.

Three other moons have a variety of biological species, including the valuable Frutexa Flammasis, samples of which can be sold at Vista Genomics (including on the local carrier) for 10 million credits.

Originally the system was served by the DSSA #159 "The Late Show", which was deployed on May 31st 3308. The carrier was decommissioned on the 19th May 3310, and a carrier from the centuries old Earth institution, the Miskatonic University, was pressed into service.

The carrier provides all DSSA mandated services, as well as a bar, and provides views of the Earth-like World and its rings from the bridge and the bar area.

The carrier has suffered from very poor ratings on ShipAdvisor mainly due to poor hygienic practices and the crew who are reported to be uncommunicative, or gutteral at best, and have what has been described as a characteristic "Innsmouth look".

The DSSA fleet carrier, Miskatonic University, is stationed near the rings of a beautiful Earth-like World that orbits binary class III gas giants.

The system was first discovered during the Minerva Centaurus Expedition.

In addition to the aforementioned worlds, the system hosts a ringed Class III gas giant with ten moons, two of which are nested moons. Three of these bodies have surface geological activity, in the form of Major Silicate Vapour Geysers, which can be a good source of materials.

The carrier was decommissioned on the 19th May 3310, and soon after, a carrier from the centuries old Earth institution, the Miskatonic University, was pressed into service.

The carrier provides all services mandated by the DSSA, as well as a bar, and provides views of the Earth-like World and its rings from the bridge and the bar area.
